Applicant must:
- Be a graduating high school senior; - Currently reside in Winnebago County; and - Demonstrate exceptional financial need.
Specifications:
Academic performance will be given moderate consideration in the selection process.
This scholarship may be renewable for up to four years as long as criteria are met.
