Applicants must:
- Be a current high school senior, college student, or graduate student;
- Currently reside in Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, or Winnebago County; and
- Intend to enroll at the University of Michigan in the upcoming school year.
Specifications:
Academic performance will be given highest priority consideration in the selection process.
