Applicants must:
- Be graduating high school seniors; and
- Be children or stepchildren of members of the Northwestern Illinois Building Trades and Construction Council.
Specifications:
Academic performance will given high priority in the selection process.
Participation in extracurricular and community service activities will also be considered.
