Supporting college students with a strong commitment to service for others.
Applicants must:
- Be an undergraduate college or vocational student of at least freshman status;
- Currently reside in Winnebago County;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for people in their school, community, or county through community service; and
- Have completed at least 50 hours of community service while in college.
Specifications:
Academic performance will be given moderate consideration in the selection process.
